Q. Who is covered under my Club Membership?

A.  Members, their family and friends may book any individual, group cruise, or land vacation package offered by Cruise Club of America at our special wholesale* prices as long as the original member is traveling with those booked. For those cruise lines that prohibit any form of discounting or rebating we may offer generous amenities in lieu of cash discounts. These may include one or more amenities such as generous onboard stateroom credits, prepaid gratuities, cabin upgrades, dinner for two in a specialty restaurant, casino credits, spa credits, free shore excursions, pre or post cruise hotel nights or other amenities.

 

Q. Will I receive wholesale pricing for All Cruises & Land Vacation Packages?

A. Your membership benefits cover most* cruise lines and land vacation packages regardless of category or accommodations.

Q. Can I book Group Travel at Wholesale Prices?

A. Yes, with the exception of those cruise lines that prohibit any form of discounting or rebating, your membership will entitle your entire group to wholesale pricing. Most qualifying group cruises may earn one or more generous amenities such as free accommodations, onboard stateroom credits, prepaid gratuities, cocktail parties, casino credits, spa credits, complimentary shore excursions, cabin upgrades, pre or post cruise hotel nights, etc.   There is no limit on how many guests may travel with you as long as you, or a member of your immediate family are booked on the same vacation. Q. What Cruise Lines or Land Vacation Packages May I Book at Wholesale Prices?

A. Cruise Club of America offers wholesale pricing on most* major cruise lines, hotels, and resort vacation packages. Please refer to the link buttons from our home web page to cruises or land/island vacations for a complete listing and access to cruise lines and land vacations.

 

Q. Why Don’t You Advertise All Major Cruise Lines at Wholesale Prices?

A. A number of major cruise lines now prohibit all travel agencies in North America from “advertising” any discounted prices and or rebates in any advertising media including TV, Radio, Print, Direct Mail or on Internet Sites. While a number of these cruise lines prohibit any form of discounting or rebating, some of these same cruise lines will permit us to offer wholesale pricing privately to our members. Q. How Much Will I Save If I Become A Member?

A. With the exception of those cruise lines that prohibit discounting or rebating, Cruise Club of America will quote prices based on a discount up to 100% of our standard applicable agency commission to all members. The discount is applied upon your final payment due date prior to traveling, resulting in true wholesale pricing to our members. For those cruise lines prohibiting discounting or rebating, you may receive one or more amenities such as onboard stateroom credits, cabin upgrades, spa credits, casino credits, prepaid gratuities, shore excursions, etc.

 

Q. Is Your Wholesale Price the Same If I Book On-Line or if I Call You On The Phone?

A. Cruise Club of America is proud of its impeccable reputation for credibility, integrity, outstanding service and the most knowledgeable cruise and vacation counselors. Our low prices are the same whether you book on line or talk with one of our vacation counselors. Beware of ANY travel agency that offers you “low ball prices” by booking “on-line” versus talking with a live agent. These agencies will charge you every time you need to talk with a live agent or if you have any question at all.

 

Q. How Do I Know This Isn’t A Scam or Con Game?

Q. Do you Charge a Penalty Fee If I must Cancel My Vacation?

A. All cruises and land vacation bookings are subject to the respective vacation supplier’s cancellation policies over which we have no control. In general, you may be assessed up to 100% of your purchase cost if you cancel within 60 to 90 days of traveling. For this reason, we highly recommend investing in travel insurance to insure that you are protected in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may be covered by insurance (i.e. sickness, death, travel delays, weather related, etc.). All canceled bookings are subject to a Cruise Club cancellation fee of $25.00 per person.

 

Q. If I Am Not A Member Will You Quote Me A Price?

A. Sorry, we receive hundred’s of requests from non-members for price quotes so they “can check us out”. Unfortunately, we would be doing our paying members a disservice if we wasted time researching quotes for curiosity seekers. Many of these requests come from other travel agencies calling to test us or waste our time.

 

Q. Will I Get A Lower Price If I Wait Till The Last Minute?

A. If you wait till the last minute, you may or may not receive the benefit of lower pricing. Also, by waiting till the last minute, you may have no control over your stateroom location.

 

Q. Will Cruise Club of America Protect My Price?

A.  Cruise prices are extremely volatile and may change over a period of time. While Cruise Club of America will always attempt to insure that members receive the lowest possible pricing, there may be instances where due to special limited time promotions and/or special group pricing, that we cannot match a competitor’s prices. While this seldom happens, Cruise Club of America will always attempt to price match or beat any competitor’s prices either by price reductions, cabin upgrades or by offering other valuable amenities.

 

Q. How Will I Receive My Discount?

A. With the exception of those cruise lines and vacation properties that prohibit discounting or rebating, when you are ready to make your final payment, you may pay by credit card, certified check, bank money order or direct bank wire and receive your discount immediately.

 

Q. Can I Apply Supplier Discount Coupons Towards My Vacation?

A. All original coupons or certificates must be submitted within 24 hours of initial booking and deposit. Please note that all coupons and certificates are subject to the respective supplier’s approval. Coupons and certificates may not be submitted or applied after final payment to supplier.

 

Q. If I Become A Member, Will My Personal Information Be Resold?

A. Absolutely not! Our membership list is our lifeblood. We will never release your name, address, phone number, credit information, family information, e-mail address or any other personal information to any other party at any time!
 

*We will discount your final cruise price to our standard wholesale cost with the exception of those cruiselines that prohibit discounting.
In these cases, Cruise Club of America will offer on-board credits or other valuable amenities to provide our members with equal savings!
