As the President and CEO of Cruise Club of
America, I wanted to take a moment to share our service guarantee with
you. The satisfaction of our members is the most important thing
to all of us at Cruise Club - it is the reason why we do what we do!
Vacations are precious moments in our lives, and we try our best to make
sure every trip we book is perfect. We employ the best travel
experts in the industry to ensure that our members receive excellent
advice and service.
Even though we are committed to service
excellence, we do not compromise on our prices. We are willing to
work with you to make sure that you get the best vacation value for your
money. If you book a cruise and the price goes down prior to final
payment, we can arrange to have the price reduced (in most cases).
As you know, the travel industry has become very competitive and
sometimes there are agency-exclusive pricings or groups which we cannot
price-match. However, we will work with the cruiselines to find
you the best deal, all at a level of service which no competitor can
match.
At Cruise Club, we do not have clients - we have
